Nina never got a chance to try Japanese Fugu, and this isn’t on too many people’s lists. The chance of getting poisoned by the meat if its not prepared properly is kind of a turn-off for some people. What about you? Are you a big fan of blowfish?

Nina never got the chance to attend the Dia de los Muertos in Mexico. Arizona has some pretty authentic celebrations, but to celebrate it in Mexico was specifically on her list. Have you ever attended a Day of the Dead event, either here or abroad?
According to Wikipedia, the name Blue Lagoon is pretty common when it comes to naming a place. The one pictured above is in Malta, but there are also Blue Lagoons in Iceland and in the Bahamas. This item was never checked off Nina’s list, so we’re not positive which one she was referring to. Have you ever been to any of them?
As painful as every photo of this event looks, Nina still had it on her list of things she wanted to experience. Have you ever been to this type of cleansing ritual? Did you partake or was it merely as a spectator?
Nina never got to travel to South America to see the Amazon. With the way the list item was written, she was obviously concerned about deforestation of the rain forest and its conservation. Have you ever been to the Amazon? What was the most memorable part for you?
Nina never got the chance to kiss the Blarney stone, so it remains unchecked on the list. Legend states that once you kiss the Blarney Stone, it “bestows the gift of eloquence”.
