I think it is up for debate as to who rescues who. My husband and I have gotten 3 dogs over the past 15 years and all of them have come for a local rescue. They have ended up there for various reasons but each of them has been a wonderful addition to our family. It’s hard to imagine a life without dogs for us, and we think the best ones come from a rescue. Two of them are probably hanging out with you, Nina because heaven must absolutely be filled with dogs as well as people. If you see them, give our love to Rudy and Ruby.
