Nina, did you know that San Francisco has a Japanese Tea Garden? I happened to be on a vacation with a tour group that consisted of foreign travelers and me, the sole American. My tent mate was from Japan and when we got to the Japanese Tea Garden, we ordered tea and she proceeded to go through an entire, traditional tea service for us-something she had learned first hand growing up in Japan.
